The Saglietti Group itself was founded in the late 19th century in Narzole, Province of Cuneo, in the Langhe region of Piedmont, and is today run by its fourth generation. Esposit was created with the explicit goal of offering a more durable and ecologically responsible product concept in response to the disposable culture prevailing in the furniture market.

All products are based on an interlocking connection technique: no screws, no tools — the furniture is disassemblable, transportable and usable in multiple configurations. Materials: birch plywood and wood composites, surface-treated with water-based colour (no chemical solvents). Products include desks (Karya), shelving units, filing storage, coat racks, exhibition set-ups and store fixtures. The range addresses residential, office and retail contexts.
