SITIA

SITIA is a north-eastern Italian manufacturer of contract and residential furniture. The company was founded in 2002 by master craftsman Pergentino Battocchio in the Veneto region — building on the Battocchio Group, which had for decades produced office chairs as a subcontractor for renowned German and Italian brands. In 2002, Battocchio took the step to an independent brand. In 2015, the Milan-based creative agency MM Company (Barbieri Magalini) took over brand leadership and was responsible for a complete rebranding; the brand tagline "the human contract" was created at this time. 2016: first appearance at Salone Internazionale del Mobile Milano. Today active at Orgatec Cologne, Light+Building Frankfurt, Workspace Dubai and Salone del Mobile; showrooms in Riyadh (600 m², Al-Olaya Street) and SPAZIO MM Milan (Via Maroncelli 3).

Philosophy "the human contract": furniture that is not merely functional but enables and supports human relationships and emotions in spaces. Handcrafted products, 100% Made in Italy, with a short local supply chain in the Veneto. Materials and dimensions of every piece can be customised on request; bespoke commissions with prototype development are possible.
