Cosmic

Cosmic is a Spanish bathroom brand, founded in 1985 as the family company Industrias Cosmic in Barcelona (production site: Caldes de Montbui). The company started as a manufacturer of bathroom accessories with the clear mission of developing products distinguished by superior functionality and quality. In 1990 a planned internationalisation process began. By the turn of the millennium, Cosmic had become the reference brand for bathroom accessories and increasingly for bathroom furniture; over 50% of production went to export across five continents. In 2003 the company was awarded the Spanish Prince Felipe Prize for Business Excellence in the Design category. In 2008 a strategic partnership with the Roca Group followed, making Cosmic the European competence centre for bathroom accessories and furniture within the group. In 2009 Cosmic acquired the luxury brand Pomd'or. In 2010 the company integrated the shower screen division through the acquisition of the Spanish brand Stildux. In 2012 Bath+ by Cosmic extended the portfolio with a more affordably priced segment. New headquarters and showroom: Bigues i Riells.

Current range: bathroom accessories (towel rails, soap dispensers, shelf holders, mirrors, lighting), bathroom furniture (vanity units, mirror cabinets), washbasins, taps, shower trays, shower screens. Four brands: Cosmic, Pomd'or (luxury), Stildux (shower screens), Bath+ (affordable segment). The company has developed from a pure accessories manufacturer into a full bathroom outfitter.
