Connection Seating is a British brand for contract office furniture and collaborative space solutions, founded in 1997 in Huddersfield (West Yorkshire, England) with an initially small range of operator and task seating chairs. From these humble beginnings the company has evolved into an established designer and manufacturer of a broad collection of intelligent office, educational and collaborative furniture. Production and headquarters: since autumn 2022 in a new, purpose-built 45,000 sq.ft. building in Mirfield (West Yorkshire), housing design, prototyping, production and upholstery capabilities under one roof; all products are manufactured in Britain with British sourcing. In February 2022, Connection was acquired by Flokk — the leading European office chair manufacturer based in Oslo with brands including HÅG, RH, Giroflex, BMA, Offecct, Profim, Malmstolen et al. — and has since been part of the Flokk House of Brands.
