Acquabella

Acquabella is a Spanish bathroom product brand operated by Construplas S.L., based in the Belcaire industrial estate in La Vall d'Uixó, Castellón (Valencia). Founded more than 25 years ago, the brand specialises in high-quality shower trays, wall panels, washbasins, bathtubs, worktops and bathroom accessories. In 2019, the company inaugurated its own Innovation Center dedicated to the development of new designs and prototypes. The key proprietary technology is Akron® — a polyurethane resin with mineral filler that forms the basis of all shower trays. Complementing this is Dolotek® — a blend of polyester resin and dolomite stone, delivering a pure white, non-porous surface with high fire resistance, UV resistance and sound insulation. All products are silica-free.

In 2021, the second fully automated shower tray production line was commissioned — covering 7,500 m², described as the largest of its kind in Europe, with an annual capacity of 600,000 shower trays. All products are fully customisable in colour and size. Acquabella holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications and has been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze medal. Shower trays comply with ISO 22196:2007 (antibacterial) and the UNE-EN 14527:2006+A1:2010 standard with slip-resistance class 3.
