Terms & Conditions

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all contracts between Ronny Waburek, Archstraße 15, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen (“Furnomics”) and business customers (Section 14 BGB) who order subscriptions or digital content via furnomics.com. Contracts with consumers (Section 13 BGB) are not concluded.

2. Subject Matter
Furnomics provides digital content, industry information, and subscriptions. Services are provided exclusively online.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Orders are placed via an online form. By submitting the form, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when Furnomics confirms your order in writing (via e-mail).

4. Prices & VAT
All prices are net prices. Due to the application of the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), no VAT is charged.

5. Payment
Billing takes place annually in advance by invoice. Payment is due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

6. Term & Termination
The subscription runs for 12 months and is automatically renewed for a further 12 months unless terminated in writing with 4 weeks’ notice prior to the end of the term.

7. Usage Rights
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the provided content during the contract term. Distribution to third parties is prohibited.

8. Liability
Furnomics is liable only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability exists only for essential contractual obligations and is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

9. Final Provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.
