Woak

Woak is a design furniture brand for solid wood furniture, founded as an independent brand in 2018, building on over thirty years of experience as a supplier and manufacturer for the premium segment of the international furniture industry. Production is based in Bosnia and Herzegovina; the brand explicitly understands itself as a cultural distillation: "melting-pot DNA" — skills and aesthetics from various cultures merged with the Bosnian wood-processing tradition and the natural raw material of the region. Since 2019, the creative studio /àr-o/ has been responsible for art direction. Material: primarily oak and walnut, solid, sustainably sourced. Small production runs, high proportion of hand craftsmanship. Surfaces and tops vary: marble, terrazzo, linoleum, Murano glass.
