Verzelloni is a Parma-based upholstered furniture manufacturer, founded in 1950 by Ennio Verzelloni and his wife Franca as a small workshop. Today the second generation — Roberto, Tiziana, Daniela and Luca Verzelloni — runs the company, which understands itself as a family history translated into industrial quality. In the early 1970s Verzelloni was among the first companies to introduce the removable sofa cover concept — a pioneering achievement that set industry standards. All suppliers are based in Italy.
The range covers sofas, modular sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and bookshelves. The design identity is built on subdued, timeless elegance — not loud statement but long-term liveability. The long-standing design partner is the studio Lievore Altherr Molina (Divanitas, Nilson, Zoe — a house icon continuously refined since 2006). An in-house R&D centre develops construction and comfort solutions internally. The company employs between 11 and 50 people. Regular presence at the Salone del Mobile in Milan.
For interior designers and discerning residential buyers seeking Italian upholstered furniture with an intellectually consistent design position, a documented designer partnership (Lievore Altherr Molina) and craft-grounded quality from the Emilia-Romagna corridor, Verzelloni is a credible reference in the upper-middle segment.
