SCHALLSAUGER® is a brand of KASPER GmbH, headquartered in Rielasingen, Baden-Württemberg, in the Lake Constance region. The company's origins lie in a film and photography studio founded by Otto Kasper. In 2008 a complete reorientation towards digital printing and large format printing took place. After a two-year test phase, the SCHALLSAUGER brand was launched to market under the management of Annina and Florian Kasper. In 2014, fabric printing using the dye-sublimation process was introduced. In 2018 the company was renamed KASPER GmbH. Production takes place at two facilities in Rielasingen, predominantly by hand. Up to 70% of production energy comes from the company's own photovoltaic installations.
The product programme includes acoustic absorbers (wall, ceiling and free-hanging), individually printed acoustic picture panels, the LED-LightBoxx (luminous surface with daylight-like light) and ORION8® — a combination of ceiling panel, acoustic absorber and LED luminaire (German Design Award and Iconic Awards Interior Innovation). Collaboration with Derungs (Switzerland, lighting specialist). Materials: recycled PET fleece, Akustik-Tex Ocean (from collected Mediterranean plastic waste), B1-certified (flame-retardant). All products tested by TÜV, independent measurement institutes and the Fraunhofer Institute.
SCHALLSAUGER is the precise address for architects, interior designers and workplace planners seeking handcrafted, acoustically certified and aesthetically effective sound absorbers from Germany — with full individual printing options, a documented sustainability strategy and a proven combination of acoustic and lighting design.
