REDA AMALOU DESIGN

Reda Amalou Design is a Paris-based furniture and object brand. It was founded in 2013 by architect Reda Amalou. Amalou was born in 1963 in Antony and graduated from the University of East London. In 1997 he founded the architectural practice AW² Architecture Workshop in Paris, which he leads together with Stéphanie Ledoux. AW² has received, among other awards, the Best Hotel MIPIM Award and the Green Good Design Award from the Chicago Museum of Architecture. The furniture brand emerged as a direct extension of the architectural practice.

The range covers dining tables, consoles, armchairs, lighting and accessories — produced in collaboration with specialist craftspeople worldwide. Materials are bronze, wood, leather, stone and lacquer — all worked by hand. The collection appears in small series. Numbered limited editions and a bespoke service for individual projects are also offered. Amalou has collaborated with Baccarat, Roche Bobois and Baguès Paris, among others.

Reda Amalou Design addresses interior designers and collectors seeking furniture as spatial objects with architectural logic and exceptional material depth. The studio operates a dedicated contract service for bespoke projects — managed by a project coordinator assigned specifically to this purpose.
