Kristalia
Kristalia is an Italian design furniture company for indoor and outdoor use — founded in 1994 in Prata (Province of Pordenone, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, north-east Italy) by a group of young jazz fans from Friuli who did the smartest, easiest and most instinctive thing imaginable: they looked at their immediate surroundings — north-east Italy, the district of mountain boots, automobile parts, clothing and knitwear — and decided to give these places a new rhythm and move them towards design innovation. Like jazz: the meaning is innovation, functionality, craft expertise, Made in Italy, sustainability, transparency. 1995 first catalogue; in the early 21st century Kristalia made the history of the extendable table in Europe. ISO 9001:2008 certification; EPD environmental declaration and LCA life cycle assessment (since 2023) for new products. Headquarters: Via Antonio Durante 28, 33080 Prata (PN).

Flocking technology for table extension slides (from the automotive industry).
