JAB ANSTOETZ is one of the world's leading companies for high-quality interior textiles — founded in 1946 in Bielefeld (North Rhine-Westphalia) by Josef Anstoetz as a wholesale business for decorative and upholstery fabrics. The acronym JAB stands for Josef Anstoetz Bielefeld. After the sudden death of the founder, his nephew Heinz Anstoetz took over management in 1955 with 28 employees.
