Ditre Italia

Ditre Italia is a northern Italian manufacturer of upholstered furniture, sofas, armchairs, beds and living room accessories, founded in 1976 by the De Marchi brothers in San Martino di Colle Umberto (Province of Treviso, Veneto). What began as a craft workshop for high-quality upholstered furniture evolved into a significant manufacturing company in which aesthetic research and high-performance materials come together. The company is today part of the Calligaris Group — together with the brands Calligaris, Connubia, Luceplan and Fatboy. Philosophy: "Pure Designwear" — upholstered furniture as wearable design combining taste, tailoring, quality and Italianità. The entire production programme is 100% Made in Italy; all stages — woodwork, leather cutting, upholstery, packaging — are under human control. Electronic cutting and craftsmanship complement each other, the eye of the experienced craftsperson remaining in command. Materials: full-grain leather (naturally and ecologically treated); linen and cotton textiles with unusual colours and patterns; all textiles with Made-in-Italy guarantee. Sustainability policy: minimisation of all emissions, use of chemically safe and recyclable materials.

Designer portfolio (selection): Lorella Agnoletto (unique home accessories, exclusive sofas; Bijoux Next with Stefano Spessotto), Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri (iconic armchairs; Monolith sofa; Kailua armchair with pedestal structure), Anna Von Schewen (modular sofas), Stefano Spessotto (Loman modular sofa — circular modularity of the 1970s; Papilo bed; Aulos coffee table), Gabriele + Oscar Buratti (Nathy armchair, Royal Sectional Sofa, Aany coffee tables), Nika Zupanc (Clip Set poufs), Joe Colombo Studio (Class armchair), Edi + Paolo Ciani (Softy armchair), Guido Rosati. Range: sofas (Bijoux Next, Loman, Miller, Kris, Krisby, Monolith, Royal), armchairs (Kailua, Chloe Luxury, Nathy, Bend, Softy, Dufflée, Ellie), sofa beds (Isabel, Kubic), beds (Claire, Kim, Papilo), tables (Aulos coffee table, Claire table), shelving (Unit), poufs (Clip Set), outdoor collection. Showroom and two production facilities in the Province of Treviso.

For architects and interior designers seeking a Venetian upholstered furniture programme for residential and hospitality projects — one that formulates a precise design standpoint with "Pure Designwear", unites the range from Agnoletto to Von Schewen in a coherent collection, produces entirely to Made-in-Italy standards, and is backed by the infrastructure of the Calligaris Group — Ditre Italia is the most reliable address from San Martino di Colle Umberto: a house that has understood upholstery as tailoring since 1976.
