Cesar

Cesar is an Italian kitchen furniture manufacturer, founded in 1969 by Sante Vittorio Cester as a craft business in Pramaggiore (Province of Venice, Veneto). The company is family-run: Vittorio Cester's children, Gina and Dante Cester, joined the company in the 1980s and continue to lead it today. Production: entirely in Pramaggiore — a deliberate entrepreneurial decision for quality assurance and control at every production phase. The Contract Division accompanies private and commercial projects from concept definition through to installation. Cesar understands the kitchen as a meeting space and the creative centre of the home, most directly expressing the personality of those who inhabit it.

Collections: Maxima 2.2 (over 160 finishes, modular combinations, flexible opening systems — leading model in international distribution), Intarsio (rooted in tradition — sub-collections Art & Order: Mediterranean oak + green Guatemalan marble; Classical Future: fossil oak + Billiemi grey marble), N Elle (reinterpretation of the Elle project, 45-degree profiles), Unit (Garcia Cumini — modular system, aluminium structure). Designer: Garcia Cumini (long-standing collaboration, Intarsio, Unit). Materials: Fenix laminates, natural wood (Mediterranean oak, Nordic oak, fossil oak, walnut), ceramic, marble (Calacatta Gold, Saint Laurent, Black Marquina, Arabescato), metal lacquers. Made in Italy.

For architects, interior designers and kitchen planners, Cesar is the most reliable manufacturer of timeless, minimalist kitchen systems from the Venetian hinterland — with a production philosophy that combines craft precision with industrial production depth, and a distribution network that encompasses the highest retail positions worldwide (John Lewis, Lane Crawford, Design Within Reach, Liberty, Heal's).
