Atelier Haußmann

Atelier Haußmann is a Berlin-based design manufactory for furniture and home accessories, founded and run by designer Andreas Haußmann, with production based in Zehdenick (Brandenburg, Eisenbahnstraße 7a). All manufacturing takes place exclusively in traditional workshops near Berlin — a deliberately regional concept to support local craft businesses. Materials are high-quality metals and wood; the formal language is shaped by classic industrial design and steel craftsmanship: clear, graphic silhouettes, reduced forms, minimal ornament. The atelier describes its own approach: "Less is more. We try to do as little as possible." Every piece is carefully thought through and handcrafted using complex techniques.

The range covers furniture and decorative objects in the industrial design idiom: tables, sofas, storage systems, beds, hooks and wall objects. Twelve products are listed on Archiproducts, all with BIM/CAD files. The atelier also realises ambitious custom-made pieces in close collaboration with architects and designers. Retail distribution in stores across Germany, Europe and worldwide.

For interior designers with an affinity for industrial minimalism seeking handcrafted Berlin manufactory quality in metal and wood with high formal purity, Atelier Haußmann is a clearly profiled German design address.
