Ares Line S.p.A. was founded in 1987 in Thiene (Vicenza), Via Ludovico Manin 11, specialising in the manufacture of seating for offices and public spaces. The company is fully embedded in the Veneto production district and sources its entire supply chain from Italy. In 1997, Ares Line was — by its own account — the first company in the Italian seating sector to introduce ISO 9001-certified quality management; it is also a pioneer in obtaining environmental certification from an independent third party in the seating sector. The company has a production facility in Thiene and international showrooms in Milan, Paris, Toronto and São Paulo. In 2011, Ares Line established the "CONTRACT DESIGN NETWORK" — a corporate network for turnkey solutions in international markets.
