Plank
Plank is an Italian design furniture company — founded in 1953 in Ora (Auer), a mountain village in the Province of Bolzano (South Tyrol, Alto Adige, northern Italy). The company has been a family business since the beginning and produces exclusively in northern Italy — all manufacturing in close collaboration with long-term partners in the region. Since founding: consistent focus on the integration of technology and industrial design. Guiding philosophy: chairs, tables and stools that create value through functionality, versatility and longevity — without imitating short-lived trends. Plank develops the collection gradually, in a continuous dialogue with a small number of selected long-term designers.
