Decibel (DECIBEL PLC) is a European engineering and manufacturing company for soundproofing, room acoustics and vibration control, founded in 2012 by Tsvetan Nedkov and Diana Nedkova in Sofia (Bulgaria). Nedkov holds a doctorate on methods for calculating the sound insulation of wall linings for recording studios and concert halls, and leads the company's research and development department. The company became a public liability company (PLC) in 2020. Production facility: 2,000 m² factory in Botevgrad (Bulgaria), opened 2014, with CNC wire-cutting machines, CNC cutting and folding equipment for metal processing, and CNC cutting machines for plastics and foams.
