Avonite® is a global leading brand for acrylic solid surface materials in the architecture and design sector. The brand belongs to Aristech Surfaces LLC, a US manufacturer headquartered and producing in Florence, Kentucky, USA. Avonite Surfaces was founded in 1983 and was the first company in the solid surface industry to introduce a broad colour palette — at a time when the market segment consisted exclusively of pale neutrals. This pioneering character is maintained to this day. Production uses a continuous double-belt casting process that ensures exceptionally precise thickness tolerance and superior colour consistency across different production batches (ΔE < 1).
