Softline is a Danish upholstered furniture company. The company was founded in 1979 in Denmark — at the time as one of the country's leading manufacturers of polyurethane foam for the furniture industry. In the 1980s, under founder Kurt Brandt, the company began developing its own furniture. After Brandt's death in 1997, Softline underwent a strategic transformation: it opened up to international designers and built a collection that treats modular versatility, comfort and suitability for work environments as equal design priorities. Today Softline employs approximately 70 people and collaborates with over 15 designers. Distribution worldwide.

Range: sofas, sofa beds, armchairs, tables, chairs and cushions. Particular strength: multifunctional and hybrid products — Twilight Sleeper Sofa (sofa, sofa bed, double bed and two twin beds), Tuck Sleeper Sofa and Noomi Swivel Chair (360° base). The Drum Pouf (2009) converts to a side table with the addition of a tray. Vera Lounge Chair (2007, busk+hertzog): conceived for office and waiting area design. Softline furniture is found in private residential spaces as well as office, hospitality and public contexts.
